Initial Consultation for custom made Herbs & Supplement includes one follow-up visit

This appointment is conducted in person or virtual appointments in both one-on-one and shared settings.  This is for new patients or those who have not been in for any appointments in the last 6 months.  All of my services include a medical evaluation.  Medical intake forms are required before initial consultation.  This is a 30 min consultation, does not include the cost of supplements and herbs. You will receive recommendations of supplements and a custom herbal formula in powder form, capsules or vacuum packs, depending on your health needs.  It is important to continue to follow up with your practitioner when you’re on an herbal formula.
